According to the original recipe from 1955, Flensburger Edles Helles is masterfully brewed with selected ingredients and carefully refined. Our golden yellow, traditional beer specialty is a piece of the "good old days" that is produced today by our master brewers using the most modern methods.

In the case of the bottom-fermented, less hopped and malty-aromatic Noble Hellen, we pay particular attention to a careful, elaborate brewing process and long maturation. The result is a full-bodied, well-rounded, drinkable and, thanks to its particularly aromatic bouquet, unique beer with a light caramel note.
