In the STUBBI® bottle or in the can: Our Bitburger Winterbock is a light bock beer that is refined with Bitburger sealed hops and Callista aroma hops. Developed by our master brewer Stefan Meyna, the Bitburger Winterbock matures in our storage cellars at -2°C.

Due to its special brewing process, the light bock beer has an alcohol content of 7.0% vol when it is bottled and is stored at -2° C. The original gravity of the beer is 16.8%.

With its scent of forest honey and ripe nectarines, our Bitburger Bock beer is best enjoyed in the cold season. With the right beer, the winter time is also a pleasure. By the way: while at the end of the year a winter bock is brewed, in the spring the maibock with its fresh, fruity aroma is preferred.
